Caroline is a dynamic, multicultural and passionate young Egyptian Woman.
When the revolution ignited in 2011, Caroline left her job as a human resource specialist in Cairo and became directly involved in Egypt’s parliamentary elections. Caroline expanded her knowledge in the human rights field through her participation in seminars for marginalized political groups at the Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies.
Through extensive experience in camps counseling, she has acquired managerial and people skills, which she hopes to apply in building her own organization. Caroline’s objective is to establish an organization to help Egyptian women reach their full potential. She hopes to advance the role of women in Egypt by improving their skills and increasing awareness of their constitutional rights.
Caroline got her high school diploma from a French Catholic School in Egypt. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Information Systems from the French University in Egypt. She also earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the Université de Nantes in France.
