BUSH CENTER PARKING

Visitors to the George W. Bush Presidential Center may park in the Bush Center parking lot located just north of the Bush Center. Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors will be charged $10 per car for the first 4 hours and $1.00 for each additional 30 min. Visitors pay by credit card upon exiting the parking lot.

Additionally, fee-based EV charging locations are available inside the Bush Center parking lot. Standard lot fees apply.

Guests who dine at Café 43 during their Museum visit will receive validated parking (with a meal purchase $20+).

FREE PARKING & PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Mockingbird Dart Parking – 4400 Worcola Street, Dallas, Texas 75206
Visitors are strongly encouraged to utilize the Dallas Area Rapid Transit System (DART). Both the Lovers Lane and Mockingbird DART stations are located within one mile of the Bush Center. Limited free parking is available at the Mockingbird DART Station. From the Mockingbird DART Station, visitors may take the SMU Express — Routes 440 SMU Red Express or 442 SMU Blue Express — which drops off and picks up directly at the entrance to the Bush Center. SMU PARKING

Limited additional parking for Bush Center visitors is available in various parking garages on the SMU campus. During SMU football games, basketball games, and other special events parking on campus may be quite limited and/or more expensive than normal. RECREATIONAL VEHICLES

Recreational vehicles (RVs) can park in the valet lane on the corner of SMU Boulevard and Bush Avenue unless the lane is being used for facility valet.

BUSES

Buses should stop in the drop-off lane located on the eastbound side of SMU Boulevard (shown below). Buses are then asked to park in either the valet lane on the corner of SMU Boulevard and Bush Avenue (unless the lane is being used for facility valet) or at Mockingbird Station until needed (space is limited). From the Mockingbird DART station, visitors may take the SMU Express Shuttle or Museum Express Shuttle.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

The Bush Center takes seriously its commitment to conservation and sustainability. Bush Center visitors seeking hotel accommodations are encouraged to stay at hotels located within walking distance of the Bush Center or along the DART rail line. Hotel Mockingbird, The Highland Dallas, and Graduate by Hilton Dallas are located within walking distance of the Bush Center.
