Kimberly Etheridge is an Accountant at the George W. Bush Presidential Center with a strong background in auditing and financial compliance. In this role, she will perform the day-to-day operational tasks of the accounting department including processing invoices and payments, journal entry and reconciliation tasks, and internal and external financial reporting.

Prior to transitioning into her current role, she served as an External Auditor for the State of Michigan for 12 years, where she gained extensive experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and process improvement. In October 2025, Etheridge relocated from Michigan to Texas, bringing with her a wealth of public sector financial expertise and a commitment to accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence.

Etheridge holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan. She is passionate about leveraging her analytical skills and financial knowledge to support organizational goals and drive effective business decisions.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring her new home state of Texas while continuing to build meaningful professional and community connections.
