The West’s continued support of Ukraine and sanctions against Russia will deter China from taking similar actions toward Taiwan and other vulnerable Asian nations, Khrestin and Kramer write. Stopping support for Ukraine would significantly weaken the United States’ ability to combat authoritarian regimes around the world.
