Dallas, Texas — The George W. Bush Presidential Center has unveiled Dallas Mavericks memorabilia on display as part of Game Changer: United by Sports presented by Garry Weber at the George W. Bush Presidential Museum.

As the Mavericks mark their 45th anniversary, this display revisits some of the franchise’s most iconic moments. Among the highlights are a team-signed basketball from their historic 2011 NBA championship season, an autographed 1983-84 Hardwood Classic team poster, a jersey worn by Jason Kidd, and a pair of sneakers signed by Dirk Nowitzki.

The Mavericks will be featured in the gallery through February 2026, when it will rotate to another North Texas sports team.

Game Changer brings to life the power of sports in bridging divides and fostering unity across cultures through rare artifacts and inspirational stories. Visitors can explore pivotal moments when sports brought our nation together, such as President Bush’s first pitch at the World Series in New York after 9/11, and learn how legendary athletes like Jesse Owens and Jackie Robinson inspired change far beyond the game.

Admission to view Game Changer is included with the purchase of a ticket to visit the Bush Museum’s permanent exhibit, which includes steel beams from the World Trade Center and a full-size replica of the Oval Office. Tickets are available for purchase here.
