Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University, and Keven Ellis, chair of the Texas Board of Education in a discussion on what it will take to ensure that everyone is equipped with the necessary democratic knowledge, values, and tools in order to fully participate in the civic and political life of their communities, moderated by former CNN correspondent Jeanne Meserve.
