If you have not already activated your account, please see below steps on how to set up your account.

• Step One: click here to activate account

• Step Two: enter email address associated with your membership

• Step Three: check your inbox for an email with a link to finish activating your account (be sure to check your Spam folder as it will come from a Shopify email address and sometimes gets caught in Spam)

• Step Four: click on the link in your email and finish setting up your account using your email address and password of choice.

• Step Five: after setting up your account, you will be able to book Museum tickets and purchase event tickets. All member discounts will be applied at checkout. If you get to the checkout page and do not see any discounts, please contact [email protected].

Holiday Attire

Doors will open at 6:00 pm.

The George W. Bush Presidential Museum entrance is located on SMU Boulevard. Please reference map below.

Holiday Cookies and Hot Chocolate will be available. Additional beverages will be available to purchase at the cash bar.

We have very limited parking on the SMU campus. Please note the parking options below.

Ride-Share

Using a ride-share service is highly encouraged. Drivers may drop off and pick up at the designated location on the map below.

Bush Center Parking

Limited event parking will be available in the Bush Center visitor lot located directly across the street from the George W. Bush Presidential Museum entrance (please reference the map below). Parking in these lots is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

When using the crosswalk between the parking lot and the Bush Center, please make sure to illuminate the lights to let drivers know you are crossing

You will be required to present a photo ID and proceed through security screening.

Prohibited Items

Prior to your arrival, review our list of prohibited items below.

• No weapons of any type, including pocketknives or guns are allowed inside the Facility.
• No outside food and drink.
• Large bags and backpacks are not permitted. Only one purse or diaper bag is allowed per person, and bags cannot be larger than 17 × 26 inches (43 × 66 centimeters) in size.

The Bush Center strives to provide an excellent experience to all guests, including those guests with disabilities and special needs. The Bush Center recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities and is committed to meeting or exceeding the requirements of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Texas accessibility standards.

The Bush Center can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received 30 days prior to the event and be approved by the Bush Center.

Event tickets are non-refundable. Unless otherwise indicated on the invitation you received, we are happy to transfer your tickets to another individual.

Transfer requests should be requested by emailing [email protected] at least 24-hours prior to the event. When contacting us, please include your name, order number, and the name and email address of the individual to whom you wish to transfer your tickets. Please note that responses to email may take up to 48-hours for a response.
