SECURITY DETAILS AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, animals (except licensed service animals), backpacks, banners, binocular cases, briefcases, camera bags, cans, cinch bags, computer bags, coolers, diaper bags, fanny packs, firearms, flags, glass items, guns, inflated balloons, knives of any size and type, laser pointers, luggage, noisemakers, purses larger than a small clutch, radios, seat cushions with zippers, pockets or compartments, selfie sticks, signs, stun guns, throwing objects, umbrellas (unless threat of rain or raining), and weapons. No outside food or drink is permitted into Moody Coliseum.
For guests, all bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and may not exceed 12 X 6 X 12 inches. Bags may be one-gallon clear plastic resealable storage bags. Small clutch purses with or without straps, no larger than 8.5 X 5.5 inches, are permitted. The clutch does not have to be clear and may be carried separately or within an approved plastic bag. Items that are medically necessary are evaluated individually.
TICKETING INFORMATION
To gain access into Moody Coliseum you must bring a printed copy of your Ticketmaster ticket or have a version to present on your phone. Please note that PDF files cannot be scanned. If you fail to bring your ticket, you will be directed to the Box Office to confirm your purchase and retrieve a copy. ATTIRE
Business casual attire is suggested for the event.
EVENT PARKING
The following parking garages will be available after 3:00 P.M. on Friday, April 20, 2018, free of charge and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for the event:
- Moody Garage (Floors 2-5)
- Binkley Garage (Floors 3-5)
- Mustang Garage (Floors 5-6)
- Airline Parking Center
- Meadows Garage
- University and Airline Ground Lot
Additional parking is also available at SMU’s East Campus.
If arriving by taxi or private car, please notify your driver to drop off at the valet lane on SMU Boulevard. This location is noted on the map below as the “Transportation Network Companies Drop-off.”
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Light concessions will be available, including beer and wine. No outside food and beverage can be brought into Moody Coliseum.
GUESTS WITH MOBILITY IMPAIRMENTS
Please note that mobility-impaired seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests seated in the mobility-impaired seating area are allowed up to two attendants/family members to accompany them.
