Saw Moon Light Pan Po is a program manager with the German political foundation Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES), where he leads the organization’s Myanmar office. An aspiring industrial relations expert, Saw Moon Light Pan Po implements programming and coordinates with local partners to promote an inclusive and participatory reform process in their organizations. Saw Moon Light Pan Po also serves as a consultant of industrial relations training for international brands and local businesses in Myanmar.

Prior to joining FES, Saw Moon Light Pan Po held supervisory and senior managerial positions with the International Labour Organization, Action Aid International, and the Shalom (Nyein) Foundation. His career has thus far centered on labor-management relationships, industrial relations, human rights, youth empowerment, and capacity building for civil society organizations.
