Myo Htet is a program director, researcher, and trainer with the Knowledge Propagation Society (KPS). Founded in 2014 and based in Mandalay, KPS works to advance democracy, political awareness, and active citizenship in Myanmar through a youth empowerment program, a digital information literacy youth program, and a USAID-supported HP Learning Initiative for Entrepreneurs. As program director, Myo Htet serves as a spokesman for the organization and performs social research projects while teaching basic economics, political economy, management, and leadership.

Prior to joining KPS, Myo Htet was an election observer with the Asian Network for Free Elections and founder of the Free Public Library. As a volunteer, Myo Htet advocated for free education for orphans and disadvantaged children.
