Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program Alumni Newsletter
— Spring 2025 —
Dear Veteran Leadership Program alumni,

We hope this newsletter finds you all doing well and enjoying the start to spring! It was great to see over 100 of you at the VLP Alumni Convening in February. It was an incredible day of networking and leadership development. Thank you to all who attended, shared thoughtful insights, and made meaningful connections.

We are currently in the process of selecting the seventh cohort of the program, and we can’t wait for them to join this one-of-a-kind community. On behalf of all of us here at the George W. Bush Institute, thank you for your help and support to spread the word about the program among your networks. We will announce the Class of 2025 in June – so keep an eye out! Following the announcement, we will be in touch with opportunities for you all to engage with the new cohort both in person and virtually throughout the program year.

We are excited to continue engaging with alumni regionally, virtually, and at conferences throughout 2025. As this busy year continues, be sure to find ways to refill your cup, and let us know how we can support you. Thank you for all you do.

Kelley Jiou
Director, Leadership and Programming

Jason Galui
Director, Veterans and Military Families
