Elizabeth Hogan Parrott

Elizabeth Hogan Parrott is the Director of Strategic Programming and Events at the George W. Bush Presidential Center. In this role, she provides leadership, strategic initiative, and management of events and programming.

Parrott brings over twenty years of experience serving in various management roles in public affairs, government affairs, the Executive Branch, campaign and volunteer positions. Previously, she served as Vice President at Hill + Knowlton Strategies leading strategic communications and advocacy planning. Parrott was Director of Government Affairs at QuinnGillespie & Associates in Washington, D.C. Parrott worked for more than five years in the George W. Bush Administration and the Republican National Committee.

She was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana and is a graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
