Allyson serves as Deputy Director, Human Capital at the George W. Bush Presidential Center. In this role, Allyson is a strategic business partner to the organization and manages the operations, services, policies, and compliance of the human resources function.
Prior to joining the Bush Center, she worked at Neiman Marcus Group in both management and human resources leading field and corporate teams in HR initiatives such as training & people development, compliance, and employee engagement.
A native Texan, Ms. Ostien received her B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Oklahoma State University in 2006, and in 2019, earned her M.A. in Management at Dallas Baptist University.
