More than 150 students from around the country have converged on the Westin Park Central Hotel in Dallas, Texas, for the first annual George W. Bush Institute Economic Debates. Today students from the Dallas Urban Debate Alliance are debating both the affirmative and negative sides of the following resolution:

Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its transportation infrastructure investment in the United States.
