Our transitioning Warriors face many issues when searching for career opportunities. Stereotypes about returning vets, myths about their capabilities and translating their skills into a new position are among the  frustrations that discourage them. Finding the right mentor can mitigate many of these issues. Mentors can give them advice about their resumes, networking, various industries and professional development. There is a compelling case to be made for hiring our veterans and an active, caring mentor can help them find the right place to achieve their potential.
