Executive Director of the George W. Bush Institute David J. Kramer joined the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center for a conversation on how Prigozhin and the Wagner Group’s presence may affect Belarus and security in the region moving forward.

The conversation was moderated by Senior Director of the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center John E. Herbst. Kramer joined speakers Ryhor Astapenia, director of the Belarus Initiative in the Russia and Eurasia Program at Chatham House; Hanna Liubakova, nonresident fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center; and Brian Whitmore, nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center and adjunct assistant professor at the University of Texas at Arlington.
