Managing Director, Leadership and Programming
George W. Bush Institute

Eva Chiang serves as the Managing Director of Leadership and Programming for the Bush Institute. In this role she oversees the Bush Institute’s evaluation and research work as well as leadership programming.

Previously, she served as the Director of Evaluation and Research and supported policy work on the School Leadership Initiative. Her research interests include talent management in schools and evaluation methods. She has taught pre-k through college level students, trained teachers, developed curriculum, and designed programs.

Dr. Chiang received her undergraduate degree from Baylor University, her master’s from Texas Woman’s University, her law degree from Texas A&M School of Law, and her doctorate from Southern Methodist University.
