The Bush Center Presents "Mostly What God Does": A Conversation with Author Savannah Guthrie

Hear personal stories from Guthrie’s own joys and sorrows as a daughter, mother, wife, friend, and TODAY show co-anchor

DALLAS – On February 15, the George W. Bush Presidential Center welcomes Savannah Guthrie, award-winning TODAY show co-anchor, to discuss her new book, “Mostly What God Does” at Engage at the Bush Center, presented by NexPoint. Charlotte Jones, Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer of the Dallas Cowboys Football Club, will moderate the inspiring conversation.

Guthrie has been with NBC News since 2007 – including a stint as White House correspondent during the George W. Bush administration. She describes her new book as “certainly the most personal and vulnerable thing I’ve ever done.”

The conversation will dive into why Guthrie feels that in these uncertain times, believing in the power of divine love makes the most sense. In the collection of essays from her new book, the audience will hear personal stories from her own joys and sorrows as a daughter, mother, wife, friend, and professional journalist.

This event is currently sold out, but a waitlist is available. Bush Center members receive first notification for upcoming events— become a member today.
