Reimagining American Democracy: The Vote

On Thursday, June 24th, Freedom House, the George W. Bush Institute, the National Center for Civil and Human Rights (NCCHR), and Issue One will host ‘Reimagining American Democracy,’ a monthly virtual series featuring leading experts, policy makers, business and religious leaders, journalists, and activists engaging each other in forward-thinking, 360° conversations on one of the most important issues of our time: the future and promise of American democracy.

Join us at 11 a.m. CT, for the series second episode, on the subject of ‘The Vote.’ The event will feature Kentucky Secretary of State Michael G. Adams, Maine Secretary of State , Alexandria Harris, President of The Andrew Goodman Foundation, Ai-jen Poo, Executive Director of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, and Joel Grewe, Executive Director of HSLDA Action and Generation Joshua. Journalist and former CNN correspondent Jeanne Meserve will moderate a conversation on voting reform and the future of democracy in the United States.
