Meet the Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program Class of 2021

The Class of 2021 is a diverse group of leaders working to improve outcomes for post-9/11 veterans and their families.

In June, the Bush Institute announced the 2021 class selected to participate in the Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program, a first-of-its-kind initiative aimed at individuals serving our Nation’s veterans who are motivated to broaden their skillsets, knowledge, and influence across the country.

The Class of 2021 is a diverse group of leaders working to improve outcomes for post-9/11 veterans and their families. The cohort includes active-duty service members, veterans, military spouses, and civilians, and they hold a variety of roles including business and community leaders, members of veteran-serving nonprofits, as well as leaders in government, academia, and active and reserve military service members.

“The [Veteran Leadership Program] has really raised the bar because you don’t just learn what kind of leader you strive to be, you really learn what kind of leaders you want to be around.”
