James K. Glassman appeared Tuesday on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" to discuss the economy and highlight the Bush Institute's new book, "The 4% Solution." Glassman makes a strong case that the U.S. economy can grow at 4% now, but the right policies must be in place in order to unleash the growth potential of the private sector. Some of these policies, Glassman notes, include: immediate spending cuts that leave money in the private sector, tax reform that lowers rates and broadens the base, and immigration reform that keeps high-skilled immigrants in the country. Watch the entire segment below:
