Having It All by Starting a Business

In this week's column for Bloomberg, Amity Shlaes writes that raising a family and having a career is a difficult juggle for many American women. Although certain sacrifices always have to be made, it is possible to succeed at both. The key is finding a job that is results-oriented since these jobs allow more flexibility than process-oriented ones.
