Nadia serves as the Chief Legal Officer at SOTUPA-Sancella Group, a leading industrial group (partner of SCA Hygiene Products Sweden) with 1,200 employees throughout the Maghreb region. As head of the legal department, Nadia manages all legal matters of the group, from advising high-level executives regarding formation of policies and planning strategies about the group’s future to ensuring a suitable work environment for all workers in terms of security, rights, and health. Nadia also works closely with the Tunisian Labor Department to ensure SOTUPA - Sancella Group is in compliance with all legal requirements.
Nadia previously served as an associate at the French law firm of Gide Loyrette Nouel, where she advised and assisted development finance institutions such as The World Bank and the IFC, as well as private investors in their operations in Tunisia. In addition, the Arab Spring events inspired Nadia to become an active member of the Tunisian civil society where she put her advocacy skills to use, focusing her efforts on the preservation of women’s rights.
A native of Tunisia, Nadia graduated from Pepperdine Law School, with an LLM in Dispute Resolution, after graduating from the Tunisian University of Political, Judicial and Social Sciences with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
