Moe Moe Oo is a development communication expert with the United Nations in Burma.
She began her career as a journalist in 2004 during the period of military rule in Burma. She experienced censorship as she tried to advocate for democracy, freedom, and human rights through the media. She frequently received harsh reprimands from the censorship authority.
