Ei Ei Phyu serves as a program manager for Rural Indigenous Sustainable Education, which brings together multi-ethnic education leaders and teachers from across Burma to develop mutual understanding and cooperation on issues related to education, professional development of teachers, and language. The project also provides training and education assistance for more than 2,000 schools, 12,000 teachers, 300,000 students, and 50,000 parents across multiple remote and conflict-affected indigenous areas.
