Betty Brownlee

Regional Development Director
George W. Bush Presidential Center

Betty Brownlee, Regional Development Director, joined the organization in September 2017. She works with corporations, foundations and individuals in the Dallas / Fort Worth area and regionally.

Betty is a successful development professional who has served in leadership positions at nonprofits including the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum in Santa Fe, New Mexico, The Dallas Arboretum, the National Center for Policy Analysis, Susan G. Komen Foundation and Southern Methodist University School of Law.

Prior to her career in fundraising, Betty was an award-winning reporter at KDFW-TV in Dallas. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Bowling Green State University.
