This event will be held at Wesley Hall at Highland Park United Methodist Church.

* Note: In consideration of our speakers and guests in attendance, the program will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. Please plan accordingly to avoid any delays in your arrival.

Book Signing Details

Please plan to participate in the Book Signing with Author Amor Towles from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. before the conversation.

If you pre-purchased a copy of Table for Two or A Gentleman in Moscow, you may pick it up on the event day upon your arrival. Each guest may bring up to four copies of their own books to be signed.

There will not be an opportunity for signatures after the program concludes.

Book Pick Up and Sales

Select titles from Amor Towles, along with titles from Mrs. Bush’s Summer Reading List for Kids, will also be available for purchase.

ADA and Accessibility Information

Please refer to the parking maps below for the best accessible routes as well as drop-off and pick-up points. There are limited parking spaces available in the church parking lot near Wesley Hall. If you plan to walk from the other designated event parking lots, you can expect it to be about a 10-minute walk.

Accessible seating is available at the entry-level of Wesley Hall.

  Complimentary Parking (first come, first serve)
  Note: You may park anywhere along Bishop Blvd. on the median side. Please avoid parking in the crosswalk areas and do not park on the Fire Lane side.

• Meadows Parking Center – 5900 Bishop Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75205
  Complimentary Parking (first come, first serve)
  Note: Enter through the LEFT side of the parking center.

• Binkley Parking Center – 3105 Binkley Ave., Dallas, Texas 75025
  $11 Parking Fee
  Note: This is located at the corner of Binkley Avenue and Airline Road. The visitor entrance is on Binkley Avenue, and visitors may park anywhere on Level 2 or above. Payment is made before exiting the garage.

Check-In and Security Information

Check-in will take place on May 8, 2025, when doors open at 5:00 p.m. in the lobby of the Wesley Hall at Highland Park United Methodist Church. You will be required to proceed through security screening and present a photo ID at check-in.

Accessing Your Tickets

To expedite your check-in experience, we recommend having your QR code with your ticket registration ready to scan upon arrival. Please find the following instructions below on how to access your tickets.

• Retrieve your ticket order by logging in to your Bush Center account or locating your ticket order in your email.
• Select the “click here” link or button to “view tickets.”
• Your ticket order will display a unique QR code.
• Please have this ready for scanning upon entry to the event.
• If you are part of a group, please enter the venue together to prevent delays. If you are unable to arrive together, have your guest share the name to which the ticket order was purchased.

Complimentary coffee, tea, and water will be available to all guests. This can be found on the main level and the basement of Wesely Hall.

Seating

Seating for this event will be general admission. Upon your arrival, ushers will direct you to a seat in the Auditorium. Seats will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note ADA seating is located on the entry level of Wesley Hall.
