Thank you for registering to attend the Bush Museum Docent private viewing of the new exhibit, Game Changer: United by Sports, before it opens to the public on September 4, 2025.

Below you will find important event information as you plan your arrival. Please review in detail as some event logistics may have changed.

What to Anticipate

The private viewing is for docents and their guest to view the special exhibit, Game Changer: United by Sports, before it opens to the public. Upon checking in at the Box Office during the allotted time that you selected, you will be provided with a credential and can proceed to the special exhibit.

We will have experts throughout the galleries as you tour the exhibit for you to ask questions and become familiar with the exhibit features.

Event Parking

You may park in the Bush Center parking lot located just north of the Bush Center. Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Docents may use their badge to access the lot.

Check-In and Security Information

Check-in will take place at the Box Office ticket desk on September 4, 2025.

Accessing Your Registration

To expedite your check-in experience, we recommend having your QR code with your ticket registration ready to scan upon arrival. Please find the following instructions below on how to access your tickets.

  • Retrieve your ticket order by logging in to your Bush Center account or locating your ticket order in your email.
  • Select the “click here” link or button to “view tickets.”
  • Your ticket order will display a unique QR code.
  • Please have this ready for scanning upon entry to the event.
  • If you are part of a group, please enter the venue together to prevent delays. If you are unable to arrive together, have your guest share the name to which the ticket order was purchased.
