* Note: In consideration of our speakers and guests in attendance, the program will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Please plan accordingly to avoid any delays in your arrival.


ADA and Accessibility Information

Please refer to the parking maps below for the best accessible routes as well as drop-off and pick-up points. If you plan to walk from designated event parking lots, you can expect it to be about a 10-minute walk.

Accessible seating is available at the entry-level of the auditorium. All other accessible seating is subject to the configuration for the various events.

Check-In and Security Information

Check-in will take place on April 24, 2025, when doors open at 5:00 p.m. in the lobby of the McFarlin Memorial Auditorium. You will be required to proceed through security screening and present a photo ID at check-in.

Accessing Your Tickets

To expedite your check-in experience, we recommend having your QR code with your ticket registration ready to scan upon arrival. Please find the following instructions below on how to access your tickets.

  • Retrieve your ticket order by logging in to your Bush Center account or locating your ticket order in your email.
  • Select the “click here” link or button to “view tickets.”
  • Your ticket order will display a unique QR code.
  • Please have this ready for scanning upon entry to the event.
  • If you are part of a group, please enter the venue together to prevent delays. If you are unable to arrive together, have your guest share the name to which the ticket order was purchased.

Concessions are located in the lower lobby of McFarlin Auditorium. Beverages and snacks will be available for purchase.

Seating

Seating for this event will be general admission. Upon your arrival, ushers will direct you to a seat in the Auditorium. Seats will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
