* Note: In consideration of our speakers and guests in attendance, the program will promptly begin at 6:30 p.m. Please plan accordingly to avoid any delays for your arrival.

ADA and Accessibility Information

Please refer to the parking maps below for the best accessible routes as well as drop-off and pick-up points. If you plan to walk from the Bush Center Visitor Parking Lot, you can expect it to be about a 10-minute walk.

Accessible seating is available at the entry-level of the auditorium. All other accessible seating is subject to the configuration for the various events.

Event Parking

We have very limited parking on campus. Please note the parking options below.

Bush Center Parking

Limited event parking will be available in the designated lots as parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please refer to the map below for the most direct route to the Bush Center. When using the crosswalk between the parking lot and the Bush Museum, please make sure to illuminate the lights to let drivers know you are crossing.

Parking options:

  • Bush Center Visitor Parking Lot – 6222 Bush Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75205
    (Allow for a 10 minute walk)
  • Bush Center Boedecker Parking Lot – 6137 Boedecker Drive, Dallas, Texas 75205
    (Allow for a 12 to 15 minute walk)

Ride-Share

Using a ride-share service is highly encouraged. Drivers may drop off and pick up at the designated location on the map below. Please note the physical address of the Bush Institute is 6100 Bush Avenue, on the west side of the complex. The main Bush Museum entrance on SMU Boulevard will not be open.


Check-In and Security Information

Check-in will take place on November 13, 2025, when doors open at 5:30 p.m. in the lobby of the Bush Institute. You will be required to present a photo ID and proceed through security screening.

Accessing Your Registration

To expedite your check-in experience, we recommend having your QR code with your ticket registration ready to scan upon arrival. Please find the following instructions below on how to access your tickets.

  • Retrieve your ticket order by logging in to your Bush Center account or locating your ticket order in your email.
  • Select the “click here” link or button to “view tickets.”
  • Your ticket order will display a unique QR code.
  • Please have this ready for scanning upon entry to the event.
  • If you are part of a group, please enter the venue together to prevent delays. If you are unable to arrive together, have your guest share the name to which the ticket order was purchased.

Cash Bar

Beverages will be available to purchase at the cash bar. If you wish to bring your beverage into the auditorium, a Bush Center reusable tumbler can be purchased for $4.00. These are available at point of sale.

Seating

Seating for this event will be general admission. Upon your arrival, Bush Center staff will direct you to a seat in the Auditorium. Seats will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
