8:30 a.m. Doors open

Light breakfast bites will be available
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Official meeting
12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Lunch and conversation
1:00 p.m. Lunch concludes and guests depart

 

Event Parking

Complimentary event parking will be available in the Bush Center visitor lot located directly across the street from the George W. Bush Presidential Museum entrance (please reference the map below). Parking in this lot is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to arrive early to ensure your spot. We will provide parking vouchers for your departure. When using the crosswalk between the parking lot and the Bush Center, please make sure to illuminate the lights to let drivers know you are crossing.
