DALLAS, Texas

On March 20, the George W. Bush Presidential Center will welcome Commissioner of Baseball Rob Manfred for the opening weekend of Baseball: America’s Presidents, America’s Pastime, the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum’s newest special exhibit. The exhibit celebrates baseball’s role in American history and explores the relationship between U.S. Presidents and the game – from its inception to present day.

Commissioner Manfred will be available to answer questions about the upcoming 2015 season and the latest baseball news at 4:45 on Friday, March 20.

Following the press availability, President George W. Bush and Commissioner Manfred will participate in a special conversation about the President’s affinity for baseball, the game’s role as America’s pastime, and the state of baseball today.
