Schedule of Events
Note: All members of the media who wish to cover the Warrior Open MUST register for media credentials. Credentialing information can be found on page nine of this media guide. Anyone with equipment must participate in the set security sweeps. For your convenience, multiple sweeps will happen each day. If you leave the secure perimeter, you’ll need to be re-swept.
Thursday, September 26
7:15 a.m. Media check-in opens
7:30 a.m. Security sweep

8:30 a.m. Warrior Open Pro-Am at the Las Colinas Country Club
Note: Format will be 18 holes with a shotgun start.
Note: Participants include warriors, caddies, PGA TOUR members, and military organizations.
8:30–10:03 a.m. First hole open for press viewing and coverage

Media Services
Media Credentials
Media must receive appropriate credentials to cover the event. Media should apply for credentials at http://www.bushcenter.org/newsroom/credentialing-and-coverage by Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 5PM CT. You must provide the legal name, date of birth, and social security number of any reporter, photographer or crewmember anticipated to attend the event. Due to space limitations, a press pool may be created. Follow-up instructions, including parking information will be sent to credentialed media when registration is closed. Please indicate which portions of the tournament you intend to cover.

Working Media Center
A working media center for the Warrior Open will be established in the Tennis facility at Las Colinas Country Club.
Scoring and Results
A daily summary and scoring/match play results will be posted on the Warrior Open website each day of play. Scores will also be posted in the media center throughout the day.
Wireless/High-speed Internet Access
Complimentary wireless and/or high-speed Internet access will be available to the general media in the media center. Wireless access is not available on the course.
Media Assistance
The George W. Bush Presidential Center will have members of its communications department on site to assist all working members of the media. If you have any problems, suggestions or comments, please ask us for assistance.
Interview Requests
