Anna Fifield’s recent article in the Washington Post shares the heartbreaking stories of North Korean women in China.  North Korea is one of the least free places on Earth and basic survival is a struggle.  Some North Koreans risk their lives to escape; the most common route involves crossing the border into China.  Sadly, many North Korean women are preyed upon by human traffickers who sell the women to Chinese men as brides.  As they struggle to support a new family, some of these women turn to online sex work, selling their bodies virtually to Internet users worldwide.
