The man who would defeat Hugo Chavez: With the Venezuelan Presidential election looming, the opposition has begun to centralize their efforts under the young state governor, Henrique Capriles Radonski.   Capriles makes it clear that he is leading the transformation in Venezuela by saying, “I’m in the process of constructing a political change… I don’t represent the old establishment”.
