On Thursday, July 29, Freedom House, the George W. Bush Institute, the National Center for Civil and Human Rights (NCCHR), and Issue One will host ‘Reimagining American Democracy’, a monthly virtual series featuring leading experts, policy makers, business and religious leaders, journalists, and activists engaging each other in forward-thinking, 360° conversations on one of the most important issues of our time: the future and promise of American democracy.

Join us at 11 a.m. CT, for the series third episode, on the subject of ‘Disinformation & Democracy.’ The event will feature Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, Chief Operating Officer of the Georgia Secretary of State Gabriel Sterling, VP of Global Affairs and Communications at Facebook Sir Nick Clegg, Co-CEO of NewsGuard Steven Brill, Research Manager at the Stanford Internet Observatory Renée DiResta, and White House Correspondent for NPR Ayesha Rascoe. Journalist and former CNN correspondent Jeanne Meserve will moderate a conversation on disinformation and the future of democracy in the United States.
