Jeanne L. Phillips
Jeanne Phillips is senior vice president of corporate affairs and international relations for Hunt Consolidated, Inc.
Phillips served President George W. Bush as the U.S. Permanent Representative to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) with rank of ambassador in Paris from 2001 until the summer of 2003. Following both the 2000 and 2004 Bush-Cheney Presidential Campaigns, she was appointed by President Bush to serve as executive director and then chairman of the 54th and 55th Presidential Inaugural Committees.
Phillips has lived in Dallas for 37 years. Her current board and committee affiliations include: the George W. Bush Presidential Foundation; the SMU Board of Trustees; Baylor Health Care System Foundation; SMU’s Annette Caldwell Simmons School of Education and Human Development Executive Board; the Council on Foreign Relations, New York; the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Studies Advisory Board, Washington, D.C.; The Cooper Institute Board of Trustees; the John G. Tower Center for Political Studies Board of Directors at SMU; SMU’s Dedman College Executive Committee; the New Friends New Life Advisory Board; and the Hockaday School Centennial Committee.
