May 24, 2016

President George W. Bush, ESPN’s Jeremy Schaap, and an all-star panel of wounded warrior athletes recapped the 2016 Invictus Games.

The Invictus Games is an international Paralympic-style multi-sport event taking place this week in Orlando and broadcast on ESPN2/ESPN3. President Bush, Honorary Chairman of the Games, spent time this week meeting with Invictus Games competitors and their families. He led a symposium on the invisible wounds of war, participated in the Opening Ceremony, cheered on the wounded warrior athletes in competition, and presented medals to winners.
